  1. Acceptance of Terms of Service
    1. By accessing or using this Web site or any other web sites of 12MonthBizPlan.com Inc., its affiliates and representatives with links to these Terms of Service ( via this "Site") in any way, including using the services and resources available or enabled via the Site by 12MonthBizPlan or users of the Site ("Users") downloading any information, data, documents, communications, files, text, images, photographs, graphics, videos, webcasts, tools, resources, software and products made available or enabled via the Site , or merely browsing the Site, you agree to and are bound by the Terms and Agreement and the 12MonthBizPlan Privacy Statement, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in the General Terms and the Privacy Statement, do not access this Site.
    2. You may not set up an account with the 12MonthBizPlan Site, or accept the General Terms, if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with 12MonthBizPlan.com.
    3. You agree to be bound by any agreement, timeframes, payment, guidelines, or terms of service that may apply to any particular service or ("Plan") on the 12MonthBizPlan.com that you use ("Additional Contract"). If there is any conflict between the General Terms and the Additional Contract, the Additional Contract shall take precedence in relation to that service. The General Terms and any applicable Additional Contracts will are referred to herein as the "Terms."
    4. 12MonthBizPlan may change the Terms from time to time at its sole discretion. When these changes are made, 12MonthBizPlan will make a new copy of the General Terms available at the Site. Any new Additional Contract terms will be made available to you through your account site. 12MonthBizPlan may, in its sole discretion, require you to provide consent to the updated Terms before further account use of the 12MonthBizPlan is permitted.
  2. Registration Information
    1. When you register for the 12MonthBizPlan Site, you will be required to provide us with information included but not limited to: a user name (which may be pseudonymous), an e-mail address, and a password. In addition, we will ask for additional information, including your address, first name, last name, phone number and other information regarding your business.
    2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify 12MonthBizPlan of any unauthorized use of your registration or password.
  3. Term and Termination
    1. The Terms will continue to apply until the timeframe of your contract expires.
    2. If you want to terminate your agreement with 12MonthBizPlan, you may do so by (i) notifying 12MonthBizPlan at any time and (ii) closing your accounts for all of the services or Materials that you use within the 12MonthBizPlan website. Your notice should be sent, in writing, to 12MonthBizPlan.Com 341 S. Third St. Ste 10 Columbus, OH 43215.
    3. If your request is made within 30-days of accepting this agreement, 12MonthBizPlan.com will refund 50% of the total sum spent on the website (so if you went with the monthly plan, you will receive 50% of your monthly amount or if you went with the full payment, you will receive 50% of your full payment refunded to you).
    4. If your request is made more than 30 days after accepting this agreement, your termination request will be honored and your account closed; but you will not be entitled to a refund.
    5. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately, without notice, suspend or terminate, upon any breach by you of these Terms or otherwise, your ability to access the website and/or any other service provided to you by 12MonthBizPlan.com.
  4. Third Party Services
    1. You may use expert services or merchandise recommended through the 12MonthBizPlan.com from other persons. ("Experts") All matters concerning the services desired from Experts, including but not limited to purchase terms, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, maintenance and delivery, are solely between you and Expert. 12MonthBizPlan makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any goods or services provided by Experts. You will not consider 12MonthBizPlan, nor will 12MonthBizPlan be construed as a party to such transactions, whether or not 12MonthBizPlan may have received some form of revenue or other remuneration in connection with the transaction or be liable for any costs or damages arising out of, either directly or indirectly, you or any other person involved or related to the transaction.
    2. Third party services, websites and links thereto may be included within the 12MonthBizPlan.com. By using this Site, you recognize that these services, websites and links may use non-personally-identifiable information about you. When you access any of these services or websites, your rights and obligations will be governed by the agreements and policies relating to the use of those services or websites.
  5. Disclaimer of Warranties
    1. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE 12MONTHBIZPLAN WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL MATERIALS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE, IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. 12MONTHBIZPLAN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 12MONTHBIZPLAN MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES 12MONTHBIZPLAN MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE.
    2. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL AND/OR DATA.
    3. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    1. 12MONTHBIZPLAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ITS BREACH OF THESE TERMS; FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE 12MONTHBIZPLAN WEBSITE; RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES; EVEN IF 12MONTHBIZPLAN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY.
    2. SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS SET FORTH ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
  7. Indemnification
    1. You agree to indemnify and hold each of 12MonthBizPlan, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, sponsors, successors and assigns harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the 12MonthBizPlan Website, the violation of these Terms by you, or the infringement by you, or any other subscriber or user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Privacy Statement

Our main goal at the 12MonthBizPlan is to help you build and grow your business through effective business planning. As such, we want to gain your trust and respect. This online privacy statement (the "Privacy Statement") tells you about the information we collect through this website (the "Site") and how we use that information. By using our services, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in the Privacy Statement, as modified from time to time by us.

  1. Information We Collect.   5. Disclosure of your Information.
    1. Co-branded Service Offerings. At some point, we may share Anonymous or Aggregated Information with certain businesses with which 12MonthBizPlan has formed a strategic alliance. You may be able to identify these businesses because we would have authorized them to display clearly identified and branded images on the 12MonthBizPlan website. These strategic partners are requested to clearly state their own privacy policies on their own websites or promotional materials, and if you provide them with your Personal Information, it may become subject to the policies of the respective company. No Personal Information identifiable to a specific user is collected or shared with these strategic partners.

When we delete the account information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.
